Help shape the future of NCRS and communications to patients

NHS England are seeking views from National Care Records Service (NCRS) users including community pharmacy professionals.

The NCRS portal continues to provide healthcare professionals with information about patient health. It had replaced the Summary Care Record (SCR) portal back in 2022, and has continued to receive usability and other improvements.

This new survey will help NHS England consider NCRS improvements including any potential improvements that ease pharmacy record-using burden or support pharmacy communications to patients.

We encourage pharmacy professionals to share their views by completing this brief survey (which takes around five minutes).

Your feedback will play an important role in enhancing NCRS.
