July 2024 reimbursement price change for Naltrexone 50mg tablets

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) has redetermined the July 2024 reimbursement price for Naltrexone 50mg tablets (28) listed in Category A of the Drug Tariff.
The basic price for this product should read £82.15 instead of £774.23 as published in the July Drug Tariff. This pricing issue was caused by a data error identified by DHSC.
Payment for July’s prescriptions will reflect the above re-determination and hence will not be as per the published Drug Tariff. The new reimbursement price of £82.15 will be reflected in the August and September Drug Tariffs.
