New FAQ on the Contract changes: DSP regulatory FAQs

We have updated our Contract changes: DSP regulatory FAQs news item with a new FAQ:

Some DSP pharmacies have been planning to deliver the COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination services during late 2025 and early 2026 onsite, at the Distance Selling Premises. Will they be allowed to do so?

Yes. The Department of Health and Social Care, with the agreement of Community Pharmacy England, indicated that they are likely to allow DSP pharmacies to deliver the COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination services onsite, at the Distance Selling Premises, until 31 March 2026, but only these two Directed (Advanced/Enhanced) Services and no other Directed Services onsite from the Distance Selling Premises.
