Pharmacy First: CPPE launches Common clinical conditions e-learning

The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education (CPPE) has launched a Common clinical conditions e-learning programme.

This e-learning programme is designed to help update pharmacy professionals’ knowledge and skills to help with the management of common clinical conditions and minor ailments that may present themselves in community pharmacy.

The programme contains practical tips and advice on how to identify, recognise and manage over 50 different common conditions. The contents of the programme are organised by therapeutic area and alphabetically, allowing learners to browse and pick the topics that meet their personal learning needs.

Pharmacists providing the Pharmacy First service may find the e-learning beneficial to support with provision of the service. A link to the e-learning has been added to CPPE’s Pharmacy First page, which also contains links to other non-mandatory CPPE resources to support with delivery of the Pharmacy First service.
