Share your views with NHS Test & Trace on Pharmacy Collect

NHS Test and Trace would like to hear feedback from community pharmacy teams delivering the COVID-19 lateral flow device distribution service (Pharmacy Collect). Pharmacy teams are therefore encouraged to share their views in a short survey, which will take around 10 minutes to complete.

The purpose of the survey is to understand the views and experiences of pharmacy teams, in order to consider any service improvements which could be beneficial for pharmacies and the communities they serve.

The information collected will be used for analysis purposes only and individual data will be anonymised.
