The event will be hosted by Sadik Al-Hassan, Chair of the APPG for Pharmacy, and chaired by Professor Dame Jenny Harries.
Following the forum, attendees will move to the Palace of Westminster for a Parliamentary Reception, ‘Neighbourhood Health: Putting community pharmacies at the heart of a reformed health service’. Hosted by Sadik Al Hassan MP (Chair, APPG for Pharmacy) and Dr Simon Opher MP (Chair, APPG for Health), the reception will provide an opportunity to network with parliamentarians and representatives from health and patient organisations, engage in discussion about the role of community pharmacy in local health services, and raise constituency-relevant issues.
