Pharmacy Pressures Survey
Published on: 19th October 2024 | Updated on: 30th June 2025
Community Pharmacy England’s Pharmacy Pressures Survey is conducted annually to gather insight from those across the sector about the scale of financial and operational pressures they are facing. The survey is usually conducted early in the calendar year, reflecting the previous 12 months.
Findings from 2025
Our 2025 Pharmacy Pressures Survey was carried out between early January 2025 and early March 2025. Over 800 pharmacy owners – between them representing more than 4,300 pharmacy premises in England – and over 1,600 pharmacy team members (mostly pharmacists, but also some technicians, dispensers and assistants) took part.
The results from the 2025 survey are being presented in a series of national reports.
