Funding & Reimbursement Shorts: Dispensing FP10MDA forms
As part of our Funding & Reimbursement Shorts series, Community Pharmacy England’s in-house Drug Tariff experts have created a new video to explain the dispensing and endorsing requirements for Controlled Drugs (CDs) prescribed on blue paper FP10MDA instalment prescription forms.
In this video, Sarah Welbourne (Dispensing and Supply Officer) and Alisha Khatri (Dispensing and Supply Pharmacist) explain the following:
- FP10MDA prescription requirements including items that can be ordered on these forms
- Claiming payment for items dispensed against FP10MDA forms with examples showing the correct prescription endorsement requirements
- Claiming Packaged Dose (PD) fees for oral liquid methadone supplied in daily dose containers
- How to submit FP10MDA forms to the NHSBSA
