Scan-to-shelf survey
Pharmacy owners and team members are encouraged to complete a short NHS England survey to support the development of scan-to-shelf processes and NHS App medicine readiness notifications.
This follows on from our previous update about the topic.
Feedback from this survey will help the NHS Digital Medicines team, Community Pharmacy England and the sector understand the challenges faced, identify areas for improvement, and shape NHS App development to better support pharmacy teams and their patients. The survey will take about 9 minutes to complete.

Research to improve guidance on NHS App query handling in pharmacy
Pharmacy teams are invited to take part in NHS England research about patient queries linked to the NHS App.
The research will explore how the NHS App and its guidance can better support pharmacy teams when responding to questions from patients – for example, about signing up, viewing records or using features.
Remote interviews will be held in late October or early November. If you’re interested, please complete the short expression of interest form (one minute to complete).
