One week left to make your PQS declaration

Pharmacy owners have one week left to make their Pharmacy Quality Scheme (PQS) 2025/26 declaration through the MYS portal, as the window for claiming this payment will then close.
Pharmacy owners must have evidence to demonstrate meeting the gateway criterion and the domains that they have claimed for by the end of 31st March 2026. However, pharmacy owners must make their declaration by 11.59pm on Friday 27th February 2026 based on what domains they intend to meet.
The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has published the questions that are included in the 2025/26 PQS declaration so pharmacy owners can view these ahead of making their declaration.
