Update: Planned MYS downtime due to essential maintenance
Update 04/02/2025 – The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has notified Community Pharmacy England that essential maintenance took place on the Manage Your Service (MYS) Pharmacy portal on Saturday 18 January 2025 as scheduled and as a result, there has been a change to the maintenance planned for the remaining two dates. Maintenance work will now only affect a small number of services on the following dates between 7am and 6pm. Pharmacy owners will not be able to access or manage your submissions for the following services:
Saturday 8 February 2025:
- Foundation Trainee Pharmacist training grant and Pre-registration Trainee Pharmacy Technician education and training contribution payments
- Lateral Flow Device Tests Supply Advanced Service
- Unplanned Temporary Suspension of Services
Saturday 15 February 2025:
- NHS Community Pharmacy Contraception Service
- NHS Community Pharmacy Hypertension Case-Finding Advanced Service
- NHS Smoking Cessation Service

Previous update published on 17 January 2025 – The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has notified Community Pharmacy England that the Manage Your Service (MYS) Pharmacy portal will be unavailable due to essential maintenance between 7:00am and 6:00pm on the following days:
- Saturday 18 January 2025
- Saturday 8 February 2025
- Saturday 15 February 2025
Pharmacy owners will not be able to access the service, enter data, or view/manage submissions during those days. NHSBSA has emailed all pharmacy owners informing them of the scheduled maintenance.
