Sector Poll: What do you think of the new CPCF arrangements?
Community Pharmacy England’s Committee needs to know what you think about the 2026/27 CPCF settlement.
This year’s settlement includes a 10.3% (£340m) funding increase, regulatory progress, and plans to introduce Independent Prescribing into Pharmacy First and the Contraception Service. However, Community Pharmacy England continues to warn of a sector in crisis and only agreed to this settlement alongside a joint reform programme with Government and NHS England.
Your feedback matters. Tell us whether the settlement eases financial pressure, what challenges remain, and how it affects your business outlook via our latest sector poll.
Have your say, and tell us what you think about the introduction of prescribing into community pharmacy, by taking this short poll:
June 2026 Sector Opinion Poll (for independent and non-CCA multiples only)

The survey will close at 11.59pm on 12th July. Please note, CCA multiple branches do not need to respond as their head offices will be contacted separately.
Alongside the poll, we are also holding a series of in-person events to offer opportunities to learn more about the implications of the new funding settlement, ask questions of the team, and share views on the future reforms programme. Events continue through June and July – grab your seat.
Your answers will help us understand the impact of the settlement and highlight ongoing challenges to politicians and the media, supported by case studies (e.g. those featured in our recent violence and abuse in pharmacies coverage).
We hope that as many of you as possible will share your thoughts with us – this is your chance to feed directly into the Committee and its important work.
