Community Pharmacy England are often asked questions about escalating NHS IT, Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF) IT and Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) issues. This one-page briefing contains a quick reference guide about escalation to system suppliers and NHS IT teams.
On occasion, other NHS IT issues may also be escalated in the same way so that NHS National Service Desk / live services can be made aware of relevant NHS IT issues.
