2024 Data Security and Protection Toolkit Workshop now on-demand

Pharmacy owners can now watch a recording of Community Pharmacy England’s recent online workshop to help with completion of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit for 2023/2024.

Around 250 people registered for the webinar held earlier this week, which aimed to support community pharmacy owners to make their toolkit submission. Feedback so far indicates that more than nine in ten said they would recommend the workshop to others, with 100% saying that they found it useful.

During the webinar, representatives from Community Pharmacy England and NHS England’s Transformation Directorate provided guidance on completing the Toolkit questions, gave a demonstration of how to use and navigate the Toolkit, and answered viewers’ questions on how to make the data security declaration.

Feedback received so far

“I always find this annual webinar useful, I generally have a good understanding of the toolkit but it’s helpful to hear what has been changed/updated. Also the support on the CPE website is great.”

“The tips from Katrina regarding the GDPR workbook very useful along with the section on highlighting the changes in this year’s toolkit. Thank you for such an informative, well organised session.”

With pharmacy owners required to finalise their pharmacy’s Data Security and Protection Toolkit submission by 30th June 2024, watching this workshop offers the perfect opportunity to make good headway in its completion.

Anyone who was unable to attend the live event, or if you just want to re-watch, the recorded version is now available via the link below:
