The links below set out some earlier work Community Pharmacy England did around developing a direction of travel for community pharmacy, and matching aspirations to NHS objectives for patients.

CPCF Settlement: 2019/20 to 2023/24
Community Pharmacy England, the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and NHS England agreed a five-year deal for the Community Pharmacy Contract Framework (CPCF). The deal sets out a clear vision for the expansion of clinical service delivery, in line with the NHS Long Term Plan.

Community Pharmacy Forward View (2016)
The Community Pharmacy Forward View, published by Community Pharmacy England and Pharmacy Voice, sets out the sector’s ambitions to radically enhance and expand the personalised care, support and wellbeing services that community pharmacies provide. Although published in August 2016, much of the ambition in the Forward View remains relevant.
