Local NHS structures

Our local NHS is made up of several key structures that work together to improve health and care services across the community. These include Integrated Care Systems (ICSs), Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs), and Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Each plays a vital role in bringing together health and care professionals to deliver more joined-up, personalised support for people where they live.
