LPC Neighbourhood Health Webinar

The focus on neighbourhood health and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs) is central to the Government’s plans to improve the NHS and feature heavily in the recently published 10 Year Health Plan for England. The government and NHS England have recently announced the 43 places selected to be part of the National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme (NNHIP) which will see a range of professions being brought together to develop a neighbourhood health team to give people easier access to the right care on their doorstep.

As we navigate this important NHS development together we are keen to provide forums for LPCs to share their experiences, ideas and challenges so that we can maximise opportunities and tackle some of the challenges collectively for our sector as neighbourhood plans mature. The webinar provides an opportunity for LPCs to share information on their NNHIP and other local neighbourhood developments with peers, and we will also hear from a number of LPC Chief Officers and INT leads who are working in areas where neighbourhood health is advancing at pace.

Date and time: Tuesday 7th October, 2pm – 3.30pm

The webinar will be held during working hours as it is primarily targeted at LPC Chief Officers and team members.  We have increased the duration of the webinar to allow time for plentiful discussion. The session will be open to LPC members should they wish to attend also and will be recorded for those unable to join us on the day.
