All paper prescription bundles to be submitted to Greenfinch Way office
NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has announced that, from 1 February 2026 all end‑of‑month paper prescription bundles/batch submissions must be sent to their office at Greenfinch Way – see address below:
Unit 5, Greenfinch Way
Newburn Riverside
Newcastle upon Tyne
NE15 8NX
Pharmacy teams should despatch their January 2026 prescription bundles (to be submitted by 5th February) to the Greenfinch Way address above. Pharmacy teams should no longer deliver their prescription bundles to the Bridge House office address.
To ensure your submissions reach NHSBSA without delay, pharmacy owners are advised to:
- use the updated address labels on all end‑of‑month bundles (the address details are updated on MYS portal)
- update the courier of the new delivery address
As part of our Funding & Reimbursement Shorts series, Community Pharmacy England’s Drug Tariff and funding experts have produced a video guide on the paper prescription sorting and submission process. For the paper prescription sorting and submission process, pharmacy teams must sort FP10 paper prescriptions and any necessary EPS tokens into paid or exempt groups. Proper sorting allows the NHSBSA to determine if a patient has any outstanding charges, enabling appropriate deductions.
Full guidance on how to sort prescriptions correctly ahead of submission is available on our Sorting prescriptions for end‑of‑month submission page.
