CPCS – when is it complete?

One of the common queries for PSNC from contractors relates to when a Community Pharmacist Consultation Service (CPCS) referral can be considered as complete and therefore eligible to be claimed at the end of the month. In response to those queries, PSNC has produced a guide to assist contractors and their teams. The linked table sets out the range of scenarios associated with the CPCS and when a consultation within the service is complete (and hence can be included in the total number of completed CPCS claimed at the end of the month on the FP34c).
