December 2022 Category M prices uplift

The Drug Tariff Category M pricelist for December 2022 has been published on the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) website.
As part of the announcement of the CPCF arrangements for 2022/23 and 2023/24, it was agreed that £100m of excess margin which had been accrued by pharmacy contractors would be written off. The December Category M pricelist includes an upward margin adjustment of £12.5m per quarter, as part of the ongoing implementation of the agreed write off.
