Inclusive Pharmacy Practice: Registration open for Population Health Management Webinar

Community pharmacy teams are invited to a webinar about how pharmacies can improve the health of their local population.

The Population Health Management Webinar is being jointly held by NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE&I), the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and the Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK (APTUK). The webinar is part of the Inclusive Pharmacy Practice programme, which celebrates its one-year anniversary this month.

The online event aims to improve understanding of population health management and health inequalities, and provide an overview of the role of population health intelligence to inform population health management. The agenda includes insight from senior leaders at Day Lewis Pharmacy and Green Light Pharmacy, as well as highlighting the use of tools to help inform the management of local population health needs.

The webinar will be held on Thursday 19th May*, 7-9pm. Attendees are required to register by Monday 16th May.

Population Health Manager Webinar for system pharmacy professionals

A similar webinar is also being held for ICS, CCG and PCN pharmacy colleagues, but is open to all pharmacy professionals wanting to improve their understanding of population health management and health inequalities.

This webinar will be held on Tuesday 5th April, 3-5pm, and attendees are required to register by Friday 1st April.
