LFD service: Have you updated NHS Profile Manager?

Pharmacy owners have been able to sign up to provide the Lateral flow device tests supply service for patients potentially eligible for COVID-19 treatments (LFD service) since 6th November 2023.

If pharmacy owners have decided to offer the Advanced service, they should have signed-up to provide the service on the NHS Business Services Authority’s Manage Your Service (MYS) portal.

After this, pharmacy owners should update NHS Profile Manager to indicate that they are providing the service. This will then update the pharmacy’s NHS website profile which will allow patients and other healthcare professionals to see that the pharmacy is providing the service.
