Patient satisfaction survey: three mandatory topics for 2022/23
Changes to the requirements for the patient satisfaction survey were announced on 26th November 2021.
PSNC sought these changes to the requirements to address requests from contractors to have greater flexibility in the way they undertake surveys of patients’ experience of pharmacy services.
The revised requirements are explained on our Patient satisfaction survey webpage and they include the need for a contractor’s survey to cover three topics agreed nationally by NHS England and NHS Improvement and PSNC.
