Pharmacy teams: opportunity to join the PPE portal engagement panel

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is continuing its work to get feedback from the users of COVID-19 personal protective equipment (PPE) provided via the Government’s PPE portal.

DHSC has already established a Pharmacy PPE engagement panel to gather feedback from pharmacy contractors and their teams on the quality and quantity of PPE provided to meet service needs. The purpose of the panel is to give end user customers the opportunity to speak on behalf of their peers about their experiences of COVID-19 PPE supplied by the PPE portal, by providing a frontline perspective. This feedback is then used by DHSC and the NHS to inform central analysis and improvement plans.

The time commitment is currently limited to attending a one hour virtual panel meeting each month.
