Quick poll: Pharmacy queries and NHS App improvement
Community Pharmacy England and NHS England’s Transformation Directorate are encouraging pharmacy teams to complete a new quick poll. This poll aims to understand potential benefits of planned prescriptions functionality, that will be released in the NHS App.
By completing the survey, you can help provide insights into some of the patient queries that pharmacies receive about electronic prescriptions. This information will be valuable in considering how the development of the NHS App might ease some of the query-related pressures for pharmacy teams in the future.
