The aim of the service is to allow prompt access to specialist medicines for users of the service. Selected pharmacies will hold stocks of specialist medicines. The pharmacy will stock an agreed range of medicines and will make a commitment to ensure that users of this service have prompt access to these medicines at all times within their contracted hours.
