At Community Pharmacy England, we are always keen to hear from pharmacy owners and their teams about how the provision of national pharmacy services is going, be that niggles with the way services are commissioned, a success story you want to share or something else.

A note about IT issues
If you have general feedback about IT related to a national service, please let us know via the form below. If however, you have a technical issue or feedback on the design of a specific IT system, that needs to be raised with the relevant IT system supplier (contact details at cpe.org.uk/sscontact).
Issues related to the NHSBSA’s Manage Your Service (MYS) portal should be reported to nhsbsa.mys@nhs.net.
