Conference of LPC Representatives 2024

The Annual Conference of LPC Representatives is an important event in the calendar, giving LPCs the chance to discuss the big issues troubling pharmacy owners in their areas and share ideas and learning.

Time: 11am – 4pm (registration from 10.30am) followed by a stakeholder reception from 4pm – 5.30pm

Delegates
How many representatives?
Local Pharmaceutical Committees shall be entitled to appoint representatives to attend Conferences of Local Pharmaceutical Committees as follows:
Up to 100 contractors – up to 2 representatives
101 – 200 contractors – up to 3 representatives
201 – 300 contractors – up to 4 representatives
301 or more – up to one additional representative may be appointed for every 100 or part thereof of pharmacy premises in the Local Pharmaceutical Committee area
It is up to each LPC to decide which committee members or officers it wishes to represent the views of the LPC and its contractors as a delegate at the Conference.
In the event of voting at the event, if the number of Representatives attending the Conference on behalf of an LPC is fewer than the entitlement above, the Representatives attending will be entitled to submit votes in person and votes as a proxy totaling the number that would have been available had all Representatives attended the Conference.
