2026/27 negotiating priorities – have you had your say?

Pharmacy owners have until 11.59pm on Monday 8th September 2025 to tell Community Pharmacy England what matters most to them, helping identify what should be prioritised in future Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF) negotiations. This is particularly important as pharmacy businesses remain in a financially precarious position despite the funding uplift earlier this year.

The survey is gathering opinions on:

  • the current outlook for your pharmacy business;
  • ideas for contractual reform and prioritisation for funding allocations;
  • potential regulatory changes to ease operational challenges;
  • which services should be commissioned or developed next;
  • the deliverability of elements of the 10 Year Health Plan; and
  • ongoing pressures.

This is your chance to directly influence negotiations and ensure changes to the CPCF reflect frontline realities and ambitions. Taken alongside a strong and authoritative evidence base and a strategic political influencing programme, your insights will be used to shape the Committee’s preparations for the next round of negotiations.

Please note, this survey is for independent and non-CCA multiples only – CCA head offices have been asked to respond separately.
