Can you help with user research about pharmacy IT?
Friday 29th November 2024
NHS England is inviting community pharmacy owners and teams to take part in user research interviews on pharmacy IT. These virtual sessions will last approximately 25-40 minutes and provide an opportunity for you to share your views and requests.
Separate research teams are exploring several key areas, including:
- NHSmail and Microsoft 365 features: Provide feedback on current and potential future improvements to these tools to better support pharmacies.
- EPS tracker interface: Share your thoughts on the latest prototype and suggest changes to the design and clinical information displayed.
- 111 and pharmacy data: Contribute to the discussion on integrating pharmacy data with the NHS 111 service. And what data might be helpful for you to access.
- Real Time Exemption Checking (RTEC): Offer your views to the RTEC team on how RTEC can better meet your needs.
- Pharmacy First IT and records usage. NHS England is seeking to understand your experiences with accessing patient records during consultations, the support you require, and any challenges you encounter. Please complete the participation form or email the IT team (details below). Short remote interviews will be conducted in January.
To participate or learn more, email it@cpe.org.uk and specify which research project(s) you would like to contribute to.
Note: If you prefer, some researchers may be able to visit you in person to gather your views instead of conducting the interview remotely.
