DEADLINE EXTENDED: Help inform review of sector costs

The deadline to register interest in participating in an important fiscal review of the community pharmacy sector has been extended to Monday 18th November.

With pharmacies across the country struggling to cope under intolerable financial pressures, NHS England’s independent economic review offers an opportunity to demonstrate how much it actually costs to run a pharmacy and highlight exactly what your pharmacy business is going through.

Community Pharmacy England is supporting the call for pharmacy owners to get involved, recommending that anyone who does take part considers their responses very carefully to make sure that they are providing full details of all of the costs involved.

Frontier Economics, who are undertaking the review, estimate the survey will take around 15-20 minutes per pharmacy to complete, and any data you share will be anonymised.
