Flu vac: PGD published

NHS England have approved the patient group direction (PGD) for use by community pharmacy contractors during the forthcoming flu vaccination season. The PGD is now available to download from their website. Its publication follows that of the service specification earlier in the week.

Work to finalise the national protocol is still ongoing and this is also expected to be published shortly. As soon as the protocol is published, a further announcement will be made on this website.
