Flu vac: resources to promote the service
Community Pharmacy England has released a series of resources to help further promote the Flu Vaccination Service to patients and members of the public.
Community pharmacy owners and their teams are working extremely hard to provide the flu vaccination service in a more compressed time scale this year. The change in the timing follows clinical advice from the Government’s independent clinical advisors, the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation, and aims to provide better protection for patients.
As in previous years, Community Pharmacy England has once again prepared a number of promotional materials to support pharmacy owners and LPCs to assist in promotion and raising awareness of the service.

Our new shared folder, contains a variety of resources and allows you to easily download the latest versions of some or all of the following resources:
- Posters for display (both ready to use and editable versions);
- Suggested social media graphics and messages;
- Letters to eligible patients and local care providers;
- Flyers for attaching to prescription bags;
- Template local press releases;
- Radio scripts; and
- Materials to support hosting an MP pharmacy flu jab visit.
