Last few days to complete the 2023/24 CPAF screening questionnaire.

As of 28th July, 88% of community pharmacies have completed the CPAF screening questionnaire. The remaining pharmacies only have a couple of days left to complete it before the deadline of midnight this Sunday, 30th July 2023.
Community Pharmacy England recommends that any pharmacy owner who has yet to complete the screening questionnaire takes immediate action. It should only take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete.

As the questions have not changed since 2022/23 the previous briefing is still relevant.
Community pharmacies should have already received information and instructions on how to complete the screening questionnaire either via an email from the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) or from their own Head Office. Pharmacy owners are advised to contact NHSBSA by emailing pharmacysupport@nhsbsa.nhs.uk if they have not received details of the questionnaire, or if they have any problems or queries completing the questionnaire.
