Responsible Pharmacist (RP) Regulations

The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) has issued a reminder that the 2008 Responsible Pharmacist (RP) Regulations remain applicable until the first rules made by the GPhC under the 2022 revised provisions for RPs and superintendent pharmacists. This also applies to relevant sections of the Medicines Act 1968. Guidance on the current RP rules can be found from the RPS (for members) and from the GPhC.
