Seasonal Vaccination Service 2026/27 on-demand webinar
Community Pharmacy England held a webinar in collaboration with NHS England about the new Seasonal Vaccination Service on Wednesday 21st January. The new Advanced service covers the provision of both seasonal vaccinations (COVID-19 and adult flu) in community pharmacy for the 2026/27 season.
David Onuoha, our Service Development Manager was joined by colleagues from NHS England who explained how the service will operate, how to register for it ahead of the COVID-19 spring vaccination campaign and provided advice to community pharmacy owners as they prepare to provide the service.
Presenters also highlighted the requirements that pharmacy owners will need to meet prior to offering the service, as well as the guidance and resources available to support them.
