Description
The aim of the C-Card service is to improve the sexual health and wellbeing of (young) people
in Darlington by providing quick, easy and confidential access to free condoms and sexual health
information.
- The Service aims to reduce teenage conceptions and incidence of Sexually Transmitted
Infections (STIs). - The Services aims to increase knowledge and access to condom provision, across the borough,
to reduce the risk of early sexual behaviour.
Objectives of the service
- To provide (young) people with quick and confidential access to condoms.
- To provide (young) people with evidence based, accurate contraceptive and sexual health
information. - To provide sign posting to comprehensive contraceptive and sexual health services.
