Aims of Services
This service aims to support young people seeking emergency hormonal contraception (EHC) to adopt healthier behaviours that impact their sexual and reproductive health and identify and act on safeguarding risks. It also aims to prevent unplanned pregnancies.
Additionally, the service will
· support young people to access sexual health information and advice through local online and face to face services;
· where clinically appropriate the Provider to consider the provision of free condoms (i.e., up to 3 condoms) to young women and their partners accessing EHC;
· support young people to access free online STI testing where available.
