Description

This service involves the direct provision of gluten free foods from six community pharmacies, in discussion with eligible patients i.e. those diagnosed with gluten sensitivity, causing:

The pharmacist will also provide the patient with advice on healthy eating, an ordering guide and forms for future requests. The pharmacist will also check regularly with their GP or specialist and a completed Review Record is returned to the pharmacy where the patient in registered.
