Aims and objectives of service
This service aims to improve patient access to Stop Smoking Services using the existing network of
community pharmacies.
To improve access to Stop Smoking services and products.
To assist in the delivery of local smoking cessation targets.
· To reduce smoking related illnesses and deaths by helping people to give up smoking.
· To improve the health of the population by reducing passive exposure to smoke.
