Description
The aim of this service is to increase the availability of Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) via a voucher and/or Varenicline/Bupropion via a Patient Group Direction, free of charge if the client is exempt from prescription charges, to all clients registered with an NHS Doncaster CCG GP, through community pharmacies in Doncaster . An option to undertake Carbon Monoxide reading in house with all clients identified by Yorkshire Smoke Free Doncaster at 4 week stop smoking monitoring free of charge.
