Scope of the Service
Service providers will distribute sterile injecting equipment and harm minimisation paraphernalia to PWID utilising one of two methods

- Pre-filled NSP Packs
- “Pick and Mix” bespoke to each person’s needs

- There are two levels of payment to reflect provision, with a greater payment made to those delivering pick and mix to reflect the additional time and space it takes.
