Description
The aims of this service are to:
- prepare MAR sheets in the pharmacy;
- support carers providing help to patients with long term conditions, which otherwise may have required residential care;
- support self-care and maintain patient independent;
- maximise the benefits achievable by regular medicines taking;
- reduce waste caused by non-compliance; and
- reduce dispensing into compliance aids.
