The aim is to increase the number of people quitting through support from the stop smoking service in Kingston borough by:
- Increasing the availability and provision of high quality, cost-effective stop smoking interventions.
- Improving access to, and choice of stop smoking services, including access to pharmacological stop smoking support.
- Enabling those wishing to stop smoking to be given the appropriate help by providing intensive behavioural and pharmacological smoking cessation advice and support in pharmacy settings.
