Description

This service allows the provision of emergency hormonal contraception (EHC) as levonorgestrel or ulipristal under Patient Group Direction (PGD).

All clients below the age of 25 years requesting provision of EHC should be offered screening for chlamydia, along with appropriate counselling and support to encourage them to submit the test kit for analysis.
