Update: MYS submission deadline extended until lunchtime today

UPDATE: NHSBSA has said that the issue has now been fixed, and that the submission deadline has now been extended to 11.59am on Thursday 6th June (please note, the deadline is this morning at 11.59am not 11.59pm).

We are aware that some pharmacy owners are experiencing problems submitting their monthly payment claims on MYS. We have escalated this matter urgently to NHSBSA and DHSC.

NHSBSA say that the majority of claims have now been submitted, that the MYS problems are intermittent, and that pharmacy owners should continue trying to make their claims.

We are arguing that pharmacy owners should not have to spend time trying to make MYS work: this critical system needs to work when it is needed most. We have also said that an extension to payment deadlines is needed this month and we await their response on this.
