Description

The Memory Support and Advisory Service, which was launched in September 2014, is an initiative that can help local people in Dorset with memory loss or a diagnosis of dementia, and their families.

This service is run by Alzheimer’s Society. Referrals come from health professionals, or people are able to call the helpline number to refer themselves if they want to. It ensures that people get the support from local services to allow them to live well with memory loss and dementia.

This is not a commissioned service.
